REFUND CANCELLATION

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and have therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue at their end. This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the product.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

In case of any refunds approved, it will take 6–8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.

Users are allowed a period of two (2) hours to flag any consultation as inadequate and request a refund. No refund requests will be considered thereafter.

If you cancel an order before a clinic visit or online consultation, or if you refuse to engage with the doctor/consultant/therapist, a cancellation service charge will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

If the cancellation is due to a long waiting period or non-availability of a doctor/consultant/therapist, the entire payment will be refunded within 6–8 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
